the resort was great for the kids with the pool and it gave us a chance to relax while they would play at the pool and the room was very clean.

The laundry machine is broken,and the smoke alarm still beeped even the man comes to fix-it, the kitchen stuffs too old , some of them can' t use

The towne homes were spacious.
The hotel staff begining with the manager was rude and unaccmadating. Check in is at 4pm but rooms/homes are not available and staff does not when they will be available. Towne homes are far from Disney and any other attractions. Pool on premesis is small and far away from the homes, you have to drive to the pool!

The hotel is clean and has polite staff. It has good, favourable setting, adjacent to a couple of restaurants and property-pool and the attractions. Besides, Highlands Reserve Gc is 10 minutes' drive away. They serve variety of meals, the food I tried was appetising! I recommend as I thoroughly enjoyed this property.
